Terms and conditions of the promotion

  • Bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-CHANGEABLE, AND NON-ENDORSABLE. The rates include VAT.
  • The promotion is valid for booking until the 30.12.25. Not valid on holidays. Reservations 48 hours in advance.
  • Check-in time: 13 hrs. // Check-out: 12 hrs.
  • Check availability of early check-in and late check-out.

BOOKING

  • The decoration consists of sentence in the bed (I love you, I love you or initials), path of petals and candles into the room.
  • The bottle of sparkling wine will be according to availability.
  • Includes 6 snacks sweet subject to stock.
  • Lunch or dinner includes: entry + background + drink of the day.
  • The breakfast is served in the restaurant from 7:30 am to 10:30 hrs. (Room service with an additional cost).
  • The breakfast buffet will be on Sundays in the restaurant on the first floor from 8 hrs to 10:30 hrs. (Subject to change).
  • The access to the areas of relaxation is from 9 hrs to 22 hrs. (Check availability at check-in, subject to availability).
  • To generate your booking, you must pay in advance 100% of the fee through our accounts BBVA or BCP; or via link of payment
    Niubiz. Upon confirmation of availability.
  • All fee-generating transactions that are made outside of Lima, will be assumed by the customer.
  • Parking is subject to availability of the hotel.
  • Income of family members, and staff of stylists. (Maximum of 5 additional people),
  • Settings for session photos: Apart Premium (for up to 6 people for 1 hour inside the apartment) and Apart Presidential (maximum of 6
    people for 1 hour inside the apartment and in the facilities).

POLICIES FOR CHILDREN

  • Children up to 5 years of age are admitted free. Only applies to 1 child per room and do not include meals.
  • The income of children aged 6 to 11 years will be a charge of S/90. Includes breakfast.

MEASURES OF RESTRICTION:

  • No smoking is permitted in the apartments or in any part of the hotel To do so, you will have a penalty of S/200 per night
    accommodation.
  • The room is for the exclusive use of registered guests, according to the number of people confirmed at the time of making your booking.
  • It is not allowed to bring pets.
